Orange & Mint Persian lamb Rump

Method

1. Marinate the lamb under vacuum overnight in the Gyros marinade as per usage rate.

2. Remove from the bag and brush the top with World Grill.

3. Arrange on a bed of Orange & Mint Sauce.

4. Dependent on size cook at 160°c for 30-40 minutes or cooked through.
