Method
1. Combine the Pork with the Verstegen Burger Mix Complete and Verstegen Spice Mix Del Mondo la Spezia.
2. Portion into 75g meatballs and stuff a cube of Verstegen Sliceable Garlic Sauce into each meatball.
3. Spoon the Verstegen Italian Herb & Tomato Sauce into Smithfield Casings foil trays and arrange the meatballs in the sauce.
4. Garnish with Mozzarella Cheese.
