Italian Chicken Cordon Bleu

Method

1. Flatten the Chicken Fillets.

2. Place a slice of Ham and a slice of Mozzarella on the flattened Chicken.

3. Roll up and dip the Chicken in Verstegen Batter & Shake first, then coat in Yellow Crumb.

4. Serve on Verstegen Italian Herb & Tomato Sauce and garnish with Cherry Tomatoes.
