Honey and Mustard Ham and Potato Truffle

Method

1. Combine the mashed potato, 500g chopped ham, Bond Vero PURE and shape into 8 truffles.

2. Stuff each truffle with the remaining ham trim and a slice of Sliceable Honey Mustard Sauce.

3. Wrap each truffle in streaky bacon.

4. Finish with the Decoration Blend Dijon.

Oven bake at 180° for 15 mins.
