Method

1. Marinade the Chicken Legs overnight in the Verstegen Dijon Marinade.

2. Cook on steam until tender and chill.

3. Portion into Smithfield Casings foil trays and spoon over the Verstegen Honey Mustard Sauce

4. Garnish with Verstegen Decoration Blend Dijon.
