Chicken Thighs Stuffed with Fennel Sausage with Italian Herb & Tomato Sauce
Method
1. Mix the Fennel Seeds with the Sausage Meat and stuff each Chicken Thigh with the mix.
2. Brush each stuffed Thigh with Verstegen World Grill Cielo Rosso and rest on Verstegen Italian Herb & Tomato Sauce.
3. Garnish with Sliced mozzarella and Olives.
