1. Lightly coat the meat in Verstegen Bond DS.

2. Season the Beef with Verstegen Spice Mix For Steak.

3. Combine the Beef with Verstegen Burgundy Sauce, Red Wine and the vegetables.

4. Garnish with Bay Leaves and Thyme.
