Method
1. Marinate the duck breasts in the Chinese Plum as per the usage rate, under vacuum overnight.
2. Pat dry the fat side and score 3⁄4 of the way through the breast.
3. Brush with World Grill Chinatown, top with sesame seeds and sit on a bed of Tjap Tjoi Sauce.
4. Cook at 180c for 15-20 minutes.
5. Let sit for 10 minutes and carve.
* Can be done with chicken fillets as well.
