Pork & Beef Meatballs in Seasoned Tomato Sauce


1. Mince the meats on a 10mm plate. Add the meatball mix and the water and mince again on a 5mm plate.

2. Form into desired sized balls.

3. Spoon some of the sauce into a foil tray or serving tray, just to cover the bottom.

4. Lay the meatballs on top, covering them with more sauce.

5. Top with grated cheddar, a drizzle of Cielo Rosso and a sprinkle of Decoration France.

6. Cook at 180c Gas Mark 4 for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
