1. Marinate the medallions or in the Chinese Plum overnight in a vacuum bag.
2. Remove from the bag and brush with World Grill Chinatown.
3. Spoon some Tjap Tjoi Sauce into a foil tray and sit the medallions on top.
4. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced spring onion.
5. Oven cook at 180°C Gar Mark 4 for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
