Method
1. Make up the burger mix with lamb/beef as per the instructions.
2. Mould the meat around the sauce and form in to a cylinder.
3. Dip each end in the deco mix & brush with Persian Market World Grill.
4. Garnish with half a dried apricot.
5. Oven cook at 180°c Gas mark 4 for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
