1. Mix the chicken breast with the Shoarma and put on to skewers.
2. Spoon a small amount of sauce in the bottom of a foil tray & place 2 skewers on top.
3. Add the apricots, onion, chickpeas.
4. Drizzle with more sauce, the World Grill and finish with cumin seeds.
5. Oven cook 180°c Gas Mark 4 for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
