1. Make up the burger mix with beef as per the instructions.
2. Form into desired size balls.
3. Spoon a small amount of sauce in the bottom of a foil tray & place the meatballs on top.
4. Add the apricots, onion, chickpeas.
5. Drizzle with more sauce, the World Grill and finish with cumin seeds.
6. Cook at 180c Gas Mark 4 for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
