1. Mix the Tjap Tjoi composition in with the chicken. Add the DS Bond and combine.
2. Add the sauce and mix well. Garnish as desired.
3. Another way is seasoning the chicken with the Tjap Tjoi, black sesame and a little Basic Sea Salt & Lampong World Grill. Thread on to wooden skewers and sit on a bed of sauce for a traybake.
4. Cook at 170c for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
