Breakfast Burger Melt

Method

1. Press the sausage meat out in to 85-90g burgers.

2. On a plastic sheet lay a rasher of bacon and top with a square of burger cheese.

3. Lay a burger on top, followed by a slice of Sliceable Chimichurri Sauce, then a second burger.

4. Wrap the ends of the bacon over and press it all together.

5. Garnish with Decoration Blend France.

6. Oven Cook at 180°c for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
