1. Dust the chicken thighs/breast with the Medina spice mix & brush with World Grill.
2. Mix the sauce with the chick peas, sultanas, apricot & onion and put in a display tray.
3. Arrange the chicken on the top and garnish with more apricots & chickpeas.
4. Cook at 180°c Gas Mark 4 for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
